*All prices are based off of a service area of ¼ acre or less. Prices may change if the serviced area is larger. All new clients will be charged a one-time initial fee of $35 to bring the service area up to maintainable status. If the first visit takes over 45 minutes, there will be an additional $15 surcharge for every 15 minutes after the initial 45 minutes.
